...Enjoying a Guinness on a jetty type bar, on the bank of Swan(ee) river, Perth.
...Memorizing taste of said Guinness, for comparison with the British offering.
...Vowing never, ever, EVER again to book a class of seat that involves sleeping damn nigh upright in an uncomfortable-anyways chair.
...Wondering why the rail operator from Adeliade to Perth refused my request for a cup of boiled water, on the grounds that it is not a beverage.
...Lining up the belly for an all-you-can BBQ.
...And finally, chuckling at the following discription of tonight's BBQ, courtesy of a none-too-brunette:

"Yeah, the barbeque's gonna be great, we've got GREEN salad, PASTA salad, POTATO salad, CAESER salad, TUNA salad...um....meat."
