Now validating (entry|portlet).content.
On edit entry, we're now only displaying formats/categories if there are some to choose from.

Removed some unnecessary CSS from the cafe theme.
Installing Tiny MCE for use by themes.
Improve handling when a theme .properties file fails to set a certain key.
Added valid html entities to the markup checker.
Improved handling of xml in comment/entry/portlet content.
Add tagline to the "Home" link in the menu bar, for SEO.
Added cookie-based theme picker that deafults to the blog's default theme.
Improved formatting of comment.xsd.
Improved XHTML attribute support, and added relevant tests.
Small code improvement in the reference data filter.
Made the number of recent entries/comments theme-customizable.
Changed the number of recent entries/comment for the BullionVault theme.
