A Moving Experience
I'm typing this from my new gaff in Brook Green, which means the internet access has been established and I can finally relax. The cold sweats will stop any moment, I'm sure.
In honour of the move I'm playing that massive West 14 album, West London Rooftop Society. During the course of this move I've managed to find a couple of rings I bought in Thailand and thought I'd lost, I've completely buggered up my router, and I've come to full awareness of just how much junk I own. So much in fact, that I've had to put my collection of Liberace Capes and wigs in storage, and will be sadly declining all future requests for private viewings.
Living in Brook Green is going to agree with me, I'm sure. Fran & I went for a walk in the afternoon sun and there was a vibe to the place, something warm and friendly and hip - a perfect counter-balance to my personality.
Excuse me - I have to decide what to do with the rest of my day. Frankly it's a two-horse race between rollerblading around the area and heading over the road for some 'And Tonic'. :D
update
It took me so long to dither properly that I missed the light and went for And Tonic. You're not surprised, are you?
Thank you Tim. I look forward to the first Neighbourhood DrinkWatch.
Welcome to the neighbourhood.
