According to today's very poetic weather report, we are living in, "Times of cloud and sun." Isn't that nice? I think that's a bold step forward in weather reporting; if you can't say anything informative, at least say it well.

And I can't say much informative today, but I can tell you that I said it well. I was looking at archive.org yesterday, and I found my old website. The first one. The one I had when I'd just quit my job and was Inter-railing around Europe. I was so delighted to find it all that I imported it back into this blog, to make sure I don't lose it again. If you're interested, you can find it in the archives between February and May 2001. I'm finding it quite fascinating to go back and remember my state of mind back then. I was clearly a lot more chilled, and had much more time to sit and write gags - the quality has definitely gone down over the years.

Anyhoot, I don't expect any but the hard-core readers to go sifting back though the past, but I might point to all to this post, where I was clearly starting to lose the travelling plot...
